Start with cleanliness, end with calm

Begin with a gentle plant-oil cleanser at night. Massage in dry, then emulsify with warm water; the day’s buildup floats off without stripping the skin’s natural lipid layer.

Hydrate before you treat

A simple hydrosol — rose, neroli or chamomile — pressed into damp skin gives every following layer a head start. Treatments behave better on a hydrated canvas.

Treat, then seal

If you have a serum or active you trust, use it now. Then seal in everything beneath with a small amount of plant-oil balm. Less is genuinely more here.

Sleep, drink water, repeat
