Our Passion

Bare + Bloom started in a kitchen, the way most things worth doing start: with friends, a stockpot of shea butter, and a stubborn refusal to keep using mainstream products that left skin and hair worse than they found them.

We believe beauty should be transparent. The label should match what's in the bottle. The fragrance should come from a real plant, not a lab. The packaging shouldn’t outlive the product by 400 years.

• Plant-derived ingredients, named in plain English on every label
• Cold-pressed, unrefined oils whenever feasible
• No parabens, sulfates, phthalates, synthetic fragrance or petroleum derivatives
• Glass packaging, refillable when we can manage it

Slow on purpose

We don’t mass-produce. Every batch is mixed, poured and labeled in a small studio. That means a jar runs out occasionally. It also means every jar is fresh, potent and traceable.
